Domestic and International Long Distance. NuVox offers competitive rates for calls made within the United States and access to over 300 countries worldwide through our affordable International calling plans.

Rollover Minutes. NuVox provides your business with the ability to rollover your unused free long distance minutes and additional long distance buckets of minutes. Your unused minutes will rollover for 12 months!*

Account Codes. Customers can track local and long distance calls by caller, department or client using our advanced Account Code system. This allows our customers to review calling records easily and charge back costs to specific departments or clients. We offer both Verified Account Codes and Non-Verified Account Codes. Both types allow you to match telephone usage charges to particular users or projects, as well as control chargeable calls.

Toll-Free 8xx Service. NuVox provides toll-free service at some of the most competitive rates in the industry. Toll-free service is an easy and convenient way for your customers to contact you at no charge to them.

Toll-Free 8xx Enhanced Features (available at an additional charge) include holiday, time of day, and geographical routing; payphone and non-payphone call blocking; and directory assistance listing.

PhoneCards. When you are away from the office, our PhoneCard puts all the benefits of NuVox Communications right in your pocket. NuVox PhoneCards enable customers to originate calls from anywhere in the United States and Canada. PhoneCard calls can terminate anywhere, including international locations. Features include the following:

• Usage Measuring. Each PhoneCard is classified as light (one hour per day), medium (two hours per day), heavy (three hours per day), or very heavy (four hours per day), depending on the expected PhoneCard use by the cardholder. If your PhoneCard usage exceeds your pre-determined threshold, our Customer Care team will notify you. No calls can be made with your PhoneCard until permission is obtained from you.

• Simultaneous Card Usage. If the PhoneCard access number is in use from more than one calling number at the same time, it is considered invalid. This protects you from charges made against your account if your PhoneCard number and PIN are stolen.
